A couple pours of Barterhouse (this is opening up more and more) and now some OWA after working through a Monday on Tuesday.

Having some WT 101 with a bit of ice tonight. Seems like I prefer this one with just a bit of ice rather than water or neat.

BTEC hot box. No doubt that it's mash bill #2, and if not for the price I'd be looking for more.

OFBB '13 tonight. Not too many pours left, but glad to know there is a backup in the bunker just waiting to server!

They didn't have quite enough to fill Fox's bottle at the end of the run, so they just topped it off with a bit of H20 .... :)

pics will not load for some reason today. same batch number, though.

I'm really curious to know how the same batch number can be different ages/proofs.....I always took it that Booker's took batches of bourbon barrels, dumped them together, and bottled the whole lot as one batch. Is a 'batch' a whole floor/rick/whatever, and bottling is done in increments?

Working in a manufacturing environment for over 40 yrs I can understand the variations due to start ups, changes in products on the production line, etc.

It's not like you're cutting a light switch on and off.

Little McKenna BIB store selection, which was a little bolder and hotter than typical. For the second glass, I mixed it about 50/50 with some Old Forester SB at 90 proof. Very drinkable.

Cracked the EC21 and havin a big pour waiting outside for the rain to roll in. Lots of green apple on the nose. Feels thick and syrupy and getting a melon note.

Another delicious couple of pours of 10 year old Ancient Ancient Age. I still swear that this is better than current ETL.
