Felt like saying "all of it" might cover this past weekend  Stand-out pours for me at the Sampler include Joe's Weller mingle (tremendous!), RR 10yr, Smooth Ambler Yearling, WT12 gold foil, and OF BIB DSP-414. Great time as always!

Had a couple of pours of OGD 114. A nice tasty, high proof, and inexpensive option. Think its my favorite of the Beam high rye line.

SAOS7 after a 2 day hiatus. Maybe some Old Forester SB after that.

Because I honestly did not drink enough bourbon this weekend, having some Appalachian Whiskey Society selected Smooth Ambler Old Scout.

WT12 gold foil is a religious experience for me every time I take a sip because I say "Jesus, that is some good stuff!"

Having some FRSB OBSO from the gift shop.

I finally opened my gift shop OESO and OESF over the weekend. I like the O but I love the F. Call me crazy, but this gift shop OESF reminds me a lot of the '13 GTS that I finished with friends a few months back.

Fired up the grill and poured a little WT American Spirit. Had to pour a 2nd cause it hit the spot

I decided to try a little vatting this evening when I got home from work. It's a 1:1:1 mix of EW BIB, HH 6 yr BIB, and JW Dant BIB. Not bad at all. :yum: In fact, I can possibly see this becoming a semi-regular pour, at least for as long as those bottlings remain in my inventory.

Cheers! Joe

Three fingers of VSOF.

All my opens are quickly dwindling down, as I have attempted to be a good boy and stay out of the bunker.

Let's just say....I'm looking forward to "flipping" my open inventory in the next couple of weeks and playing with some new friends.

That'll work Paddy. Been there, done that. Good for a nice change of pace. Cheers and enjoy.

Just a touch of GBS EC15 while I try and recover from Sampler...

Just did a very non-scientific SBS of Fighting Cock 6/103 and Henry McKenna BIB (10 year age-stated). I've noticed before that FC has more of the HH minty/menthol/eucalyptus than most of the other HH products I've tried, but McKenna really turns it up to 11. I'm not bothered by the HH minty taste, but for the money, I'd definitely buy FC over McKenna BIB.

Having a bit of EC20 mixed with ECBP, I bought the 20 on a whim when it 1st came out and always regretted it until BP came out and I had something to mix or chance it with.

Bulleit 10 year, from a sample a buddy gave to me. I like it, just wouldn't spend the money on it myself.
