Enoch
Visited Dark Corner last weekend. Tried their Bourbon, wheat, and rye whiskeys (along with a number of flavored moonshines) and found them to be pretty good for 2-year old whiskies. They distill all their products and hope to have longer aged stuff as time goes on. They also barrel in smaller barrels. The bourbon tasted a lot like Peach Street Bourbon from Palisade, CO. Biggest problem is the $60 + cost which seems to be the problem with many craft whiskey distilleries.
VAGentleman
I've had the bourbon and the regular moonshine. The moonshine is actually very drinkable. The bourbon to me had that young new make-y flavor that I don't like in my bourbon. Hopefully they do age longer and move up to bigger barrels
