Started with a pour of MMCS. I added a few drops of water halfway through and it really changed. Still not sure which way I preferred it. Both were good. Finished with a pour of OGD BiB.

enjoying the lovely mmcs. not much of a fan of mm but this cask strength is where it's at!

Had another pour of the new HW Bourye last evening. It has opened up nicely within a few days of being opened, and I quite like it. There is a definite spiciness and creaminess from the aged rye, and it melds very well with the bourbon. It would be that much better at closer to 100 proof, but all in all, a strong offering from HW, and glad it has reappeared (albeit at an increased price).

A barrel proofer kinda night. Smooth Ambler rye and bourbon 8 year, along with some EHTBP 129 proof. Can't say I'm mad [emoji3]

Had a healthy pour of 4RSmB earlier and now I am working on a healthy pour of Knob 9. I love both of these!

Trying a vatt of NHBBB and OGD114 in hopes of being able to get rid of it quicker but it's not as good as the vatt I did of NHBBB + EC12 +OGD114 so I vatted up the rest of that to try and empty some bottles.

Continuing my mission to power through the Beam SC 12yr. About 1/3 left in the bottle. As per usual, it's getting better the lower the bottle gets. What was nearly undrinkable for me a month ago is now hitting me pretty nicely. Dang it. How does this happen? I'm not going to let it suck me in to buying another, though I may consider the quarter cask finish now. (Tried it once and liked it) We'll see. It may be the whiskey talking.

On my way home and have a few open bottles, but I am always looking forward to sipping on a WELLER 107.

Finished off the end of a handle of AA10* while watching the NFL draft. If I had watched the Bucks-Bulls game I think I'd have needed a full one instead. :(

Some GBS 4R OESO this one is very sensitive to added water and I purposely added a heavier dose last night to help define the sweet spot. It pours at 114p so I am sticking to either no water or just a couple drops which at 114 makes perfect sense. It was still good but I prefer it closer to full strength.

Saturday came a day early this week so some OGDBIB in me coffee. Preparing to start on the honey-do list, well at least some of it.

Went with the OFBB13 that I have always liked, but it seemed a little off today.
