PaulO
1792 and then VOB. I think this may be the last bottle of 1792 for me. I find its little brother VOB more satisfying and a much better value.

Harry in WashDC
Popped open a KC 100 while watching Nats - DBacks. I'd SBS with a JB BIB, but I finished my only bottle of JB bonded last week. Am moving a new Bernheim into to fridge - weather's getting warm.
flahute
EWSB '02. Freshly opened over the weekend, this is the second pour from the bottle. It's not there for me yet, but better than the first pour. I'm sure I'll come around in a few days and love it.
leo_mm
Some Wild Turkey 12 (the last label they sold in Japan, up until maybe last year). I haven't had it in a while, partly because I am conserving my modest supply, but it is great stuff. Followed by some Evan Williams 23. Opinions seem split on this one, and it's surely overpriced, but I think it's excellent. These are a break from an EWSB I have been working on lately. TunnelTiger
Mrs TT and I have been on a three week marathon of streaming all seven seasons of SOA and last night I had consecutive nice pours of Rhetoric, Barterhouse, 4RSmb13LE, and 4RSB12LE.While all were so good the 13LE won the night. Start season 7 tonight and plan on making it an EC night (12yr, SB, 21 yr, 23 yr).

Kalessin
Crazy day at work yesterday, so I relaxed with a solid pour of Larceny on rocks. After the first few sips, I discovered that I really had wanted a high-rye bourbon instead, so after today's crazy day at work, I'll pour a nice glass of OGD114. GaryT
Gentle pour of some HHSS (SB 1st barrel). Ever since bringing home his older brother, I'll admit I've neglected him a bit. And while we always claim to never have favorites, when they're side by side . . . his brother does edge him out. Standing on his own though, this is a wonderfully crafted whiskey! fishnbowljoe
I almost hate to post this after Joel's post. :crazy:For once I won't make this a long story, but believe me I could. :skep: I had my annual performance review at work today. The last two or three years, I've received a middle to high, "Meets Expectatations" rating. I was surprised, if not totally shocked with my review today, when I received an "Exceeds Expectations" rating. :woohoo: I'm celebrating with a nice pour of Blanton's. :grin:Cheers! Hop
Congrats Joe! Now back to Bourbon. Finished a bottle of WSR tonight. I hadn't planned on replacing this since I've got a few each of W12 and OWA on hand but as usual the end of a bottle is usually best... Now I may have to pick up more

chooch714
Finally had some time to get out of the inner city and find a better selection. Picked up an OGD114. Awesome step up from the EWB I have drinking since I arrived here last Thursday.

Quintilian
Currently sipping some Woodford Reserve from a Glencairn glass. I bought the bottle to see how I liked it. It's been a while since I've had some, and my tastes have become more refined. For me, I'd rather have some Old Forester Signature and save some money. WR isn't a bad bourbon--just might be better at least 100 proof. After I finish the WR, I plan to either dip into some RR10yr and/or some OE101.
