squire
I was thinking Ritt used to be more in the 6 year range but lacking an age statement I'll go with a minimum of four.

I will be going back sometime for groceries/deli stuff some time I think. on topic, not drinking anything yet tonight and probably won't/shouldn't after how much I drank last night. mbroo5880i
It's been a busy week between work, soccer and family events (graduation, wedding). Enjoyed a pour of Stagg Jr. Batch #3. I add a little water and a small cube to take it down to 100 to 110 proof. It has a nice cherry, hint of oak flavor. Very similar to CEHT. Followed up with a NICE pour of FRSmB. I got the bottle for $19.99 so I figure this 4 oz pour cost me about....oh, who cares? Not much!
fozzy71
...on topic, not drinking anything yet tonight and probably won't/shouldn't after how much I drank last night.so much for that plan....... killed off my vatting of templeton/wt101/ogdbib and now on to one of the last pours in my first ofsig bottle (glad I grabbed a spare today). Since I have made some room upstairs recently, and added new stuff to the bunker today, I decided to finally bring up my FRSmB and FRSB to do a SBS. I have only had the small batch once before at a bar and that was a long time ago so it will be nice to see what all the hype is about. Hopefully I like them as much as everyone else does since they are easy to find.
fozzy71
I think the FRSB is smoother/better but I kinda like the extra spiciness/kick on the finish of the FRSmB. Now I am sitting here wondering what a vatting of the two would taste like,........
Darwin
I think the FRSB is smoother/better.......Good idea Fozzy, I think I will pour myself one to. :thankyousign:
fozzy71
Think I might need to crack my last/second bottle of ETL to do a SbSbS of FRSB/FRSmB/ETL......poured another FRSmB, will probably switch back to ofsig next since it is so close to empty so I can go down and look at the bunker again......and might make a small 4 or 8 oz vatting of the SmB and SB for kicks since I have a cou0ple freshly cleaned/dried pints Edited May 23, 2015 by fozzy71

texaspete
I did a twist on the sb/pmp blend, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Substituted makers cask strength for the Weller antique, and left the Weller 12 in the mix. I might just like this a little better! gotta do a side by side. It's absolutely fantastic.
