gohrmund Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 On Wednesday evening my wife and I go to a Derby event at Circles Bistro in Tampa. BT was there and we had Manhattans and Mint Juleps and then each course came a different spirit. White dog mash, blantons, Stagg jr , and finally the bourbon crème. The Stagg jr really surprised me, it has one of the best noses I have ever sniffed.Went back last night to try some of the other selections and had a Old Rip Van Winkle and a pour o Handy. The old rip was ok, but I think many are equal or better to my taste buds.The Handy on the other hand was amazing, I will pay to have a drink of that again.Gary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
