Guest **DONOTDELETE**
Has anyone tried bourbon baked beans. I make them all of the time and they are quite popular. I simply place my beans in a baking plan and add onion, and anything else in the fridge that looks like it would go good in baked beans (ketchup, mustard, steak sauce, bar-b-que sauce, etc.) and then some bourbon to taste. I then cover the beans with bacon, brown sugar and a little maple syrup and bake at 350 degrees for several hours. For a stronger bourbon flavor let them sit in the fridge overnight before backing them.
