Diggin' on OGD 114 tonight. Not sure I enjoy many bourbons more than this one.

Finished off a bottle of Larceny tonight. To be honest, while I enjoy variety and special pours, I am happy enough with Larceny, FRSB, and an occasional pour of rye.

Yes, an under-rated album that supposedly suffers from not being "Led Zeppelin II+", which is understandably what people wanted, but Page had moved on. The hard rock blitz of LZII comes back on ZoSo and HOTH, but LZIII is a nice example of following the Muse down softer paths. Yet it still has "Immigrant Song" and "Celebration Day", with its great guitar intro.

My fave on LZIII is "That's The Way", easily in my Top 10 LZ tunes. And we haven't even talked about "Since I've Been Loving You" yet...

Staying with HH/CZ, now have BT in the glass.

LZ III. One of Zep's finest, but most underrated albums. Good tunes and good bourbon. Cheers man.

Well...the EC12 that was cracked last night in celebration of the kickoff of college football season is empty.

If this is where I stand after day 2 of the season, I may very well be in big trouble well before we reach the playoff.:falling:

I brought all my friends back upstairs today: started with EC12:Larceny, then the last pour of a bookers, now on to some BT, in bottle killing mode as all my downstairs open friends are bursting at the seams upstairs.

Can't say I blame you. Just poured myself one in honor of your post, been a while since I had one neat and not vatted, and really glad I have 5 or 6 more bunkered from before the price hike.

HH and Coke Zero remain, now into E.H. Taylor Small Batch and watching a Final Cut Pro X tutorial video so I know what the hell to ask the video editor for. Edifying stuff.

Great family dinner with some Larceny while grilling and now it's some WFE 11 year relaxing before bed. Been a crazy week and time to relax.

Dang dude! If that's your college football rate of consumption, your bunker better be very well stocked!

Had my first Larceny last night (from a bottle I own) and it was so-so. Not judging it yet however because it got better as the fill level got lower. I'm thinking it needs a little oxidation and a little of the ol' palate adjustment. I'm predicting it will become quite enjoyable.

Tonight I'm punching the cult membership card with 4RSB, which I've had pretty much every night this week, and some 10yr 11mo OESV from the gift shop. Just fantastic. A mix of brown sugar and caramelized sugar with a touch of oak. Moving onto some 11yr 2mo OESV that I just got in.

I'm enjoying a nice pour of WLW 125.3 this morning while my coffee is brewing. Joe, could I pretend that it is 117.9? (I wish.)

A bit of a late start. I had a quick run to work. I decided to have my coffee after my run to work. While I was out I picked up a bagel and some smoked salmon spread for it. Aught to be good.

Have a nice Labor Day weekend everyone.

Looking forward to a day of CF and starting off with my first taste of 1792 SW which to my surprise is pretty damn good.

Sounds good to me Will. I may join you one of these days soon, and open another WLW. Not sure which to open though. I think we may have the same, yet opposite dilemma going on. I have a few 117.9's, and only one 125.3 left. IIRC, I'm thinking you may still have a few 125.3's??? Either way, both are great and should be thoroughly enjoyed however and whenever.

Cheers! Joe

Ran out of vodka. Really not that bad. Red bull just overpowers all flavor.
