ER10 store select was really hitting the spot last night. Finished the bottle with an extra large pour.

Yeah, very good friends. They are just here when you need 'em! OWA just tastes wonderful today. I get alot of Creme Brule Notes from this one.

Bought and drinking some EWSB '05 today. As near as I can figure, it's been 4 yrs since I bought any. This is a very good barrel, definitely will buy a couple more bottles.

Small pour of Weller 12 before an evening wedding gig, probably will bring some along with me as well. Happy Saturday!

Slowly sipping on some more of the Blantons I opened last night

I just finished a bottle of Blanton's last week, and will likely get another bottle or two. So well balanced, and goes quickly.

Seems to be Blanton's Night. Been sipping two pours of the unbelievable Straight from the Barrel while watching the new Ron Pearlman featuring TV Show "Hand of God" when a bottle of Blanton's appeared on my TV.

I love this stuff. The SFTB and Gold being out of this world awesome. Balance and Elegance. Truly stunning.

Color me just a bit jealous of your variety OD. I'm here with Alabama vs A&M on the screen and 4RSB in hand, so I'll surely get over it soon!

MMCS (last pour out of a .375) then OWA while grilling burgers. Have to pick up my daughter at a party

later so that's it for me tonight.

Definitely Blanton's night. Having a pour myself to end the evening. Worked my butt off in the yard today. I did manage to take the occasional nip from a bottle of EC12 out in the garage that ended up in the recycling bin by the end of the day. I had planned on using the cork as a backup for my ECBP cork, which was extraordinarily tight in the bottle, but I decided to just swap them, which turned out to be interesting timing, because the original cork broke off when I tried to remove it. I managed to get out the original cork and then fish out several floating bits of cork and now my "back-up" cork is the primary.

Back on topic....had some 4RSB with dinner, then the pour of Blanton's that I'm currently enjoying.

a buddy broke out his LE bottles for me, 2014 ER17 and LE FRSmB. awesome pours. Tonight doing 1792 Binny's select , MMCS and FRPS OESO, and the MMCS doesn't quite impress but the FRPS certainly does. the 1792 was quite tasty as well.

I keep a Blanton's bag of spare corks for various bourbons. Recently somebody posted about buying an assortment of corks. As a cheap old fart, I prefer those that come free with the bottle. Almost never need them but a RB cork pulled away from the wood stopper and I was glad to have a spare.

After killing a bottle of Cognac with my Father in Law this afternoon I am back home and coming down with a pour of Buffalo Trace. As much as I love Cognac - Bourbon is the king of spirits!

Started with some small tastes of 1792 Sweet Wheat, JB Red Wheat, and finishing up with some ND OGD BIB.

A nice pour of BT single barrel style from CnB. It's the proliferation of quality shelf and single barrel bourbons, like this one ($23.99), that keep me from getting upset about not finding any of the LE's
