Knocked off a PS 4RSB last night.  It was one of a stellar 'honey barrel' selection that will be missed.

The cult collectively hums taps in your honor.

I finished off a mighty fine bottle of ER10 a few days ago.

Killed off two in the last few days.     Knob Creek SB (GBS Pick), and an old-label Bernheim Straight Wheat.    Only one KC left from the GBS Picks.   Gonna miss those when all done.

Finished this guy up tonight. First FRSIB I have had and it won't be my last. Man was this a great barrel.

Those were great bottles, specially the 2015 WLW. I'm not sad because I've got one of each sealed in the bunker.

Finished off an EC21 last night.  I like the oaky bourbons.  I think that was my fifth empty EC21 bottle.  Two more in the bunker.  (I cleaned off a shelf of it a few years ago when I happened across it.)

A $40 steak calls for a proper cocktail. Good way for a Handy to go out.

Knocked off my 1st bottle of OGD 114. An interesting bottle. Some depth.  But man is it spicy, like drinking jalapeño juice.

I mainly had it neat, as a standard. Next time I will use a little water.

Gonna get get some boos here, but I think this one is probably best used as a mixer.

Always fun fun to explore the differences between labels

I'm glad people are coming to their senses and realizing OGD 114 is not good.

As I whisper to myself: "More for me.  Mahahaha."

Definitely terrible stuff.    I have no idea how they can get any more than a buck or two for an entire bottle of this stuff.

I'd tell everybody you know to leave it all on the shelf.   Just awful stuff.    I mean panther-piss for sure.   Save yourself... DON"T BUY OGD 114!!!!

Finished off my bottle of Edgefield Distillery's Hogshead Whiskey...not a bourbon, but a decent American Malt Whiskey.

I poured off the rest of my Tom's Foolery BIB single barrel bottle into samples for friends.  And I drank the rest of my Bernheim 7yr.  That 1792 store select isn't going to last much longer either.  Must be the cool fall weather.

Eric, how was the TF BiB SB?  Would you buy it again?

On topic: Finished an EC18 last night.  Really good stuff when I'm in the mood for an older Heaven Hill profile.  Interestingly, I'm not in that mood all that often. The bottle has been sitting on my bar at a low fill level for some time, so instead of pouring it into a smaller bottler or adding a spray of inert gas, I figured I'd just finish it.  I probably would have been more reluctant to do so if I didn't have a back up in the bunker.
