This is my new article on a once-famous whiskey style of Tennessee, Robertson County whiskey. http://www.beeretseq.com/robertson-county-whiskey-of-tennessee-or-how-bourbon-became-king/

 

I post it in the Bourbon History section, as I did for the Lincoln County Process articles, because you cannot separate bourbon history from these other types. Understanding what Robertson County and Lincoln County's whiskeys were illuminates the history of bourbon, in other words.

I saw that on your blog, Gary.  Thanks.  As I posted on an other thread here, I m really enjoying this history of the science of distilling (and brewing) you are finding.

Thanks Harry, hope you saw the one today on the Jack Daniel's product line in 1910 - quite a range...
