I looked for this all over cuyahoga and lorain county ohio to no avail. Found jack squat besides KC 2001 which I didn't even buy because of meh reviews.

Came across an ECBP, Release 12 (136.0) at $59.99, so I couldn't pass it up. I prefer under $60 for ECBP of course, but $60 is more than fair IMO. I also decided to do an inventory of my unopened ECBP, and I was pleased to find 4 additional bottles, and all different releases. In order, 1 (134.2), 3 (133.2), 9 (135.4) and 11 (139.4).

so sad that this isnt even an option here in Ohio. this state really is frustrating when trying to get good bourbon. Hell we just finally were allowed to get beers over 12% within the last 2 months. I would love to be able to go to a store and get ecbp, not have to drive to Kentucky to get it.

I hear you. ECBP has always been available in NJ from the beginning, albeit spotty at times. And it doesn't hit in ample supply--it does require periodic stops at stores and hitting the timing properly. ECBP does hit the shelf (unlike the other limited releases like BTAC, which don't hit the shelf and which I don't sniff), but it does go quickly. And it is generally $50-$60. And for the record, I do drink ECBP, and don't just hoard them. I have a couple of releases open right now. But when I see them, I generally buy a bottle but don't clear the shelf.

yea I'm popping my only bottle Thursday so excited for that. I would gladly pay 60$ for ECBP any day of the week lol! :)

Had a good little run Thurs-Sat.  Found the RY10 here in NC the rest in FLA.  my first W12.  stoked to open it. we don't get those big 1.75s often or ever anymore so that was a nice find.  all retail store finds except the weller. I had to make a trade for that.  one more lottery shot soon. Otherwise no unicorns in sight.   some stupid nice finds in recent posts here!  nice work to all! Cheers!

This weekend my wife agreed to take a 45 minute trip to Binny's since it was my birthday.  I was able to get this year's HWMWND release for $80, which oddly has not shown up this year at my local stores.  Acts 2 and 3 sat on shelves for a month here.  I also grabbed a 375 mL of the Jim Beam Red Wheat experimental collection, marked down to $20 (which is probably where all those bottles should have been priced to begin with).  The wife bought some wine and Bailey's and ended up with more bottles than I did.  :P

Officer, I think we have identified more of the perps in the Van Winkle heist of 2013.

Was in the boonies and grabbed 2 Weller 12's, 1 ETL and 2 1792 Full Proofs. all at good non gouge pricing.

Picked up an OF 1920 since the opinions on this one are all over the board.  Big fan of OF Sig, so I just had to give it a go.

Pappy 20, ECBP (136).    That set me back 'nuff.....    Looking forward to opening up the P-20 in  few days when the boy and his wife visit for the Holiday.

I'm holding off on opening my PVW 23 until next summer when my son comes home from the Navy. Really looking forward to that day!

Picked up a RHF from my local store today....$72. Seemed kinda steep but I've never tried it....

Very steep price compared to Chicago ( approx $49 ) but a delicious pour. That said, it's been 18 months since I saw a RHF in the wild so I would bite on that as well

On the topic of RHF and Chicago - I've never seen this bottle in the city nor surrounding 'burbs. Curious if anyone else has?

Meijer had them for a brief time.  But, they switch out their products relatively often.  Last time I was in, I think they had blantons on their topshelf.
