Was called earlier in the week about getting my name called in a lottery but couldn't make it to the store until today. Managed to get  PVW15 which was a very nice surprise especially thinking I wouldn't get a darn thing. Better to be lucky than good sometimes.

Picked up a bottle of Old Ezra yesterday.  It has a new label. I hope it is the same stuff that I have grown fond of. I tend to reach for Old Ezra often.

No Pappiez or BTAC for me, but still a decent haul for a quick visit.

The CEHTBP is the most recent release, 127.5 proof. I have the two most recent releases before this, and think they're both great. I've enjoyed the 1792 Sweet Wheat, Full Proof and Port Finish, so I am looking forward to the High Rye. And the Kilkerran is the new 12 year release, where I've enjoyed the WIP releases.

3 x OWA @ $26.99. Haven't seen at that price in Los Angeles in a while.

Great price, it's usually $35-40 from what I've seen around here.

They also had blantons for $49.99 which I passed on and a shelf talker for EHT Bp at $69.99 but none on the shelve (although lots of EHT Rye and single barrel).

Nice haul! You probably ended up well ahead in the game with these over pappy and btac.

While I would love to have a WLW or GTS, I would be just as happy with an OWA much less 3.

Yesterday got a OGD 114 and a MMCS 2016 batch.  may have to go grab another OGD or 3 before they're gone for good.

My guy at the local liquor store emailed me to say he has a bottle of ETL stashed away for me. Can't think of a better way to celebrate Repeal Day.

Picked up a PVW20 thanks to getting lucky in a raffle.  While at the store picking up the PVW, I grabbed a store pick SAOS and Four Roses.  Couldn't be happier.....

Sounds good, but since you did not mention price, assuming he did not mention price, you might want to get a handle on that before you head over.  Just a little PSA, as I've been hearing and reading quite a few stories lately where people get these calls, head on over, and that bottle of ETL, or OWA, or whatever else, is like $99.  If you know what the price is, and it is in your wheelhouse, then ignore this message...  :)

All good then--enjoy!  I just had a pour of ETL last evening in fact.  Has always been one of my favorites.
