ThirstyinOhio
I picked up 2x Elijah Craig 23s and 1x Elijah Craig 18 at the gift shop along with a few bottles of the Elijah Craig 8yr 125 proof 200ml barrel bottles that they just recently started selling. I also picked up 5x OWA bottles and 1 Weller 12 while in Ky this weekend. Most of the bottles are for fellow bourbon enthusiasts in Ohio, but I'll be keeping one of the Elijah Craig 23s for myself. Mission claims on their website that they do not ship overseas. Could be second party shipping though. I have no idea, i won this at an auction, i paid £70 for it. It's my christmas present for my father in law.

RWBadley
Over last weekend I was lucky to get ECBP 139.4 at a fair price. Also some of the OF 1920, which after tasting I thought was such great juice then picked up another for the bunker.

Limegoldconvertible68
Found a store selling Russels Reserve 10 yr for $19.99 on sale. Picked up 2 and thinking I may need more.
tanstaafl2
Never got around to posting it but after seemingly having gotten shut out of the AECS this year I was in a store looking for an unrelated bottle on Friday and as I am prone to do got into a discussion of various spirits, to include AECS, with some of the more knowledgeable staff. Turns out they had just gotten a couple more bottles in (which is going to further piss off my primary store who got none despite asking and buying AE blends on more than one occasion!). So I managed to walk out with one at retail after all (although "retail" on this one is a gracious plenty to begin with!). Also picked up a bottle of the young Resurgens Rye from ASW just for grins and to share and then on Saturday I picked up some "bierschnapps" from independent Distillery in nearby Decatur, GA. Had a chance to try this one a while back from the barrel so I couldn't resist picking up a bit. Really funky herbal spirit made from Three Taverns Feest Noel from 2014 that was distilled in early 2015 and now is being bottled. Not a whiskey because the beer had some Belgian dark candy sugear and a variety of herbs in it. Tasted like a heavy Sassafras/Pine needle concoction at BP from the barrel but it has rounded out a bit and sadly is not bottled a barrel proof. Still pretty darn unique! Obligatory car shots of AAECS to follow. For some reason I didn't snap a pick of the bierschnapps (shame on me!).
Niner Outlaw
Picked up an OF 1920 and a HMck10yr. The 1920 was the last one town and the McKenna BIB is just one for the bunker.
Hop
Picked up 5x 1792 High Rye today - 4 that a fellow member had gotten for me and another because I felt the need to get off the interstate and stretch my legs a bit...

Whiskey Dick
Last day of vacation, took a few hours and went store hopping. Found one 2014-7 Bookers at $51. Found the 10 year SAOS Barrel proof bourbons at Kroger's for $57. One is like 100 proof, one is 120 proof. The Bacardi 8 year was on the clearance rack for like $15. The last time I bought SAOS BP bourbon, they were $39.99. I bought several at the time, thinking that couldn't last. I was down to one or two left. They had been about $70 since my last purchase. Since Booker's took the price hit, $57 for a 10 year Barrel Proofer doesn't sound bad anymore. I don't like where this is heading.....
