cowdery
As a general proposition, there is more than enough very good bourbon available to satisfy current and projected demand. One might, as has occurred, encounter a shortage in whiskey of a particular age, say 15 year old, but I think the industry would be thrilled if premium bourbon consumption increased to the point where supply was strained. This actually has become a problem in the single malt business, as companies have had trouble satisfying demand for certain long-aged products. It is not now a problem in the bourbon business.
