Out for a beer run and noticed that their stock of Four Roses store picks was getting low. Gulp - i may run out of my favorite stuff? Can't have that, grabbed an OBSQ and will need to double-check the bunker to make sure i won't run dry.

My cousin just came up from KY and brought some deliciousness with him!

Indeed I was, Joe.  In NYC, the little Weller Antique that can be found is usually locked up or behind the counter and priced in the 100 dollar range!  The bottles I found were in MA.

 Picked up the new batch of ECBP for $52.99.   I have three previous batches at home and this is the cheapest one ....not sure how that works.  I appreciate the label on the side.

I found a fifth of Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond on the shelf of a double drive-through liquor store in Versailles. I am not sure if I will ever see a fifth in the wild again (all I have seen is handles, and fewer and fewer stores carry them), so I bought this one. The also had bottles of CEHT for $80. I can see why they still had several on the shelves.

I wanted to get one more KC9 while they're still around.  I've heard really good things about the OF1920 and the 1792FP.  I'm almost out of WSR.  And I just found out there was a new batch of the WTRB out and happened across a bottle.  I think I'm done purchasing for the month... :)

Headed out this morning to do some grocery shopping and thought I would stop by one of the local places to see if there was anything I just "had to have".  Was bemoaning the fact that I can never find any W12 and barely any WSR or OWA.  He said he keeps some stuff back since he gets so much out of state traffic (he's right off of I 65) and he would rather have his local customers get it.  Asked me if I wanted a bottle of

Later at dinner I had my first taste of Bulliet Rye and liked it so much that we stopped at TW on the way home and picked up

My Card's won and I added these three to my stash.  Pretty good day all around.

Picked up last bottle of 1792 Ridgemont Reserve 8 year age statement from a hole in the wall LS in town. Bought the next to last bottle earlier in the week.  $51 plus tax for a 1.75 liter bottle.

If you enjoy the Bulleit line I'd recommend the barrel strength.  It's their best offering and exclusively in KY.

I love that Garfield's Select. Personally prefer it over the Binny's two barrels and for me it really shines side by side with the other Makers variants.

Good to hear.  I got it on a flyer.  Just happened to be in Barrington and stopped in.  Never been there before
