How many folks preferred OGD and WT101 over the pricey stuff.

Those were used for bacon old fashioneds after the tasting was done. Made some brown sugar simple syrup, stuck a sizzling stick of bacon in to serve. So good!

We had 12 tasters - the popular vote seemed to go to EC18, then Blanton's Gold, RY10 and last was WT Decades. Unless you add in the Bacon Old Fashioneds - then they won in a landslide. ;)

Really nice selection. It's always a joy to see a spread with quality bourbon. Glad you had a good time!

It was a great mix and worked out well that none of them were too high in proof for the group I had. It wouldn't have taken much more than our 105 high mark for people to start shying away. That Gold is really tasty!
