Ah yes, the Secret Society of Special Old Reserve 1917.

Lookin' good, Bingy.

I've noticed recently quite a few folks have a bottle. I'm split between having no interest in opening it and dying to satisfy my curiosity. Have you had it yet?

The first rule of the Secret Society of Special Old Reserve 1917 is...

I was lucky to have a pour. It's different than anything you've ever had (probably, don't know your whole history). Great nose, long finish, weird palate, totally different than anything.

It occurred to me that I should have saved it for today. What better way to celebrate repeal? Bing, you listening?

Good to know. It's definitely one I want to open when I have a bunch of people around who appreciate bourbon.

Yep, pretty solid! Obviously, your dog was less impressed since he is more interested in something outside.

My dog thought I was mental while I put together this photo op... and I think he's right. At least the wife was out of the house.

I've always wondered why the Lexington contingent doesn't get together. I've got a few to open among friends.

So you are proposing a WT tasting?

Yep, I can contribute if it fits my schedule.

Yeah we need to get it scheduled. I know some Chicago members had a tasting recently so they'd be invited too

Will the Bluegrass Ambassador be inviting the Mountain State Delegate?

But OF COURSE, you're an honorary Whiskey Dick.
