I finally got around to moving all of my bottles into one single closet. Found some acceptable and very sturdy shelves at Home Depot. The two cases are 375s of WSR and 200s of OF BiB both from DSP16.

Nice collection. Looks like the same InterMetro shelf system I use except that no railing along the shelf would worry the heck out of me! I opted to go with wire basket shelves instead, especially since they are in the basement where the chance of something banging into the shelves is higher.

I finally got enough bottles to post here, although I know my stash is unimpressive by comparison. Not pictured is an opened PVW (in an old W12 bottle) and a 2nd GTS (on its way). post-9291-14489819269504_thumb.jpg

Not my stash, but here's a photo posted of a portion of Canon Seattle's bunker:

How do they get away with selling all the collectibles? Washington Being a control state doesn't have access to a lot.

WA state is no longer a control state but I'm sure he gets it like how some of us supplement the lack of selection in our state with other sources.

Yeah but how can you resell it without the proper channels?

Lagavulin. The 16's are from before the "shortage" from several years ago when they ran out. Guess I'm not the drinker I thought I was.

Pig's Nose is a blend; it was a gift. It's supposed to be "smooth as a pig's nose".

Note Old Potrero Single Malt Whiskey--with an "e", because it's made in the USA (Anchor Distilling Co. part of Anchor Brewing & Distilling--they also make Anchor Steam Beer)

My wife found a all glass display case at an antique mall for $65, so I was able to load it up with bottles I don't plan on drinking anytime soon. Either engraved, signed by master distiller (especially the late Truman Cox signed bottles), or just too hard to find. It freed up a back bar shelf so I could put out my EWSB collection (far from complete, but all found in the wild the past three years).

That is all gorgeous, but I am especially impressed by the 8-year vertical of EWSB.

Nice collection and presentation z! How is that "Two Stars" bourbon? I've seen that on the shelves - priced reasonably enough.
