those are a gin and a sloe gin from schwarzwald, germany. the gin is quite a treat neat and goes by the name of monkey 47 (bc 47 botanicals are responsible for its flavour profile). didn't catch the upper racks entirely bc I wanted to focus on the bourbons

Well the cabinet above my fridge has been my home to my whiskey since I have started and 50+ bottles later, it is at capacity. Time to find a new spot for bunker items and leave this cabinet for open bottles.

I don't have much of a stash yet, as I've only been at this seven months, but here is what I've got so far. Behind the first row on the top shelf I have some Four Roses Small batch and 1792 Ridgemont Reserve. On the bottom shelf, far left I keep my large bottles. Behind the ones pictured are large bottles of WT 101, Maker's Mark and Bulleit Bourbon. On the bottom shelf, far right I keep my European whisky and wine. Behind the first row I have a bottle of Knappogue Castle 12 year single malt Irish Whiskey and Macallan 12 yr. old Scotch, plus some assorted wine.

For some reason I just expected a four roses tractor trailer to be sitting in front of your house with cases of SMBLE... Awesome collection and I live seeing all the open bottles!! It is inspirational

I know, I was shocked when I counted. I figured I had around 35 or so bottles, haha. I have 59 total, but some are stashed at my girlfriend's house, my buddies house and out on my "bar". So only about 50 in the tiny cabinet.

The Dad's Hat is pretty good. I don't notice a huge influence from the vermouth and it does have that malty micro distiller note, but it's good. I might not be the best person to give an opinion on it as I am not a huge rye fan. Yet I keep buying them. Maybe one day I will learn.

Yeah I more or less split those FRs with sdchap00 and many found their way to other homes (my belly or someone else's bunker)

Those and the WT12s are my prized possessions. I would love to have some more of each, but considering my bunker a year ago, I'm happy to have any of them at all.
