Evan Williams Gift Shop in Louisville...

Going to be there tomorrow, just passing through...anything in the gift shop worth picking up?  I've heard they sometimes have a 12 year BIB which can be pricey, but is it worth it?  Any other items there that can't be found elsewhere?

There is a tasting at the end of the tour, where they usually sample some of the products you can buy.

Then you won't be buying blind, based on our recommendations.  Go with what you like the best.

I personally find the 12 year 101p to be very good.  Also fairly expensive.

You may have luck on a private pick of EWSB there.   

I bought one there about 7 or 8-years ago that was sublime.   I talked myself into it because it was signed by the MD.    I think I paid about $5 over retail, and I wish I'd tasted it in the parking lot.   If I had I'd have gone back inside and bought 'em out.  It was that good!
