Pork chop breakfast at my American Legion Post this morning. 🙂

I had steak and egg once and I didn't like it. Pork chop and egg just might hit the right spot.

I like a good chicken-fried steak & eggs on occasion, but generally I agree that a pork chop & eggs will fill the bill even better most of the time.  I prefer pork as a breakfast/brunch meat usually.

Pork is my preferred meat for breakfast. As a youngster, we had homemade sausage most Sunday mornings along with waffles and scrambled eggs. Great memories.

I also used tomatoes that our daughter in law canned from her garden, instead of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. It turned out pretty darned good if I do say so myself. ?
