BadlandsBandit
I've been seeing a lot of ads for personal barrels for "storing or blending." Has anyone done this? Did it turn out good or bad? It seems a decent avenue for those brands that just aren't palatable. Thoughts, comments, suggestions? Here are a few that members here have done. FYI, we have a search function here that is pretty good. Serious, not sarcastic.  Biba! clearmoon247
Small barrels won't quite fix a "bad" whiskey, but can add depth and complexity to something you do like.  Better ingredients, better whiskey: Pappy Johns.
BadlandsBandit
Good to know. My initial thought was "improvement" of those brands collecting dust because they just aren't to my taste. Thanks.
