Looking for a bottle of Frozen Ghost Vodka Bookmark

I'm looking for just the bottle, don't care about the alcohol, of Frozen Ghost Vodka.  They may have been out of Canada or Europe I'm not entirely sure.  Unfortunately the company is out of business.  If you were searching for such a bottle where would you look?
