I recently purchased this sign. Can anyone tell me what year it was made? It is 8’ tall by 14’ wide approx. Any info helps. Thank you

Cool! Assuming the bottle in the sign matches bottles sold at the time, I would think this is from 1965-1971, give or take. Much earlier the bourbon went by "Old" Cabin Still, and much later the references to W.L. Weller and S-W would come off.
