Not really the spirits industry, but here’s one for the beer lovers.
 

I’m posting this because it’s kind of a feel good story, and it hits really close to home. Wishful Acres Farm & Brewery is roughly 40 miles from where I live. I also worked with the owner, Nate Peterson, for a number of years before he resigned to run his brewery and farm full time. I also worked with Nate’s brother Joe until I retired last fall. You could tell they we’re related. Both were really great guys. I really don’t drink beer all that often anymore. I drink craft beers even less. That being said, Nate and his wife make some tasty and interesting brews. I’ve been there on a few occasions. They have regular and seasonal brews.
