I just purchase 2 bottles of Buffalo Trace and the 2nd bottle has no back label. Is this most likely a manufacture issue? Should I no open this bottle?

You should be okay as long as the cap/seal is intact. 👍

Is intact but when I say do not open is this considered a rare find? Should I possibly keep as collector bottle like my Woodford Drrby bottles?

It is not worth anything extra. Open it and enjoy.
