Marked C. Miller 1968 on bottom.

Has a partial remnant of what I think is a real red tax stamp.

4/5 quart, labeled for what was 86 proof juice and it was age stated 120 months (10 years)

I was kind of stoked to find this today

I picked it up at a thrift store and yes it is empty.

Any one know if this thing is likely to contain lead? Or would it likely be safe to clean and use as a decanter?

There are test kits or you could find a lab to do it.

If it were me, probably just keep it to display.
