My sons 20y Pappy

It was my son, Cannons 21st birthday this weekend. Years ago I had a bottle of Pappy 20y signed “Happy birthday” to my son by Julian Van Winkle at a dinner I had with him one night. I gave it to my son tonight. He was very excited, and did not want to open it. He said he was going to save it for a very special occasion. 
Julian signed one for me also.

Great minds! In 2007 I did the same, but I chose Pappy 15 for Julian to sign for my son (13 at the time). It's still in his bedroom here unopened (he turns 30 soon). 

I also had him sign a bottle of Pappy 20 for me to open on my retirement, but I accidentally opened it a few years ago. Oh well! I had to keep working. LOL
