I was buying some new hunting stuff, so I've taken a break lately from buying bottles, but may have to grab some new stuff when it drops soon. Patrick_OKC
Here's my one and only GTS senior. Got it for retail from Total Wine at MSRP after winning a lottery several years ago. Think I paid $120. I know I will never see another one in my life. Was good. Pat
fishnbowljoe
“A LONG TIME AGO IN A HOUSE HOLD FAR, FAR AWAY….” Clearing out more stuff. Before I discovered bourbon, I dabbled some in mixed drinks. Long story. These have been sitting for many years in the back of our portable bar cart. Time to purge them. FWIW, I really suck at making mixed drinks. Kudos to @tanstaafl2 and all you other “mixologists” out there. The empty Weller SR was previously featured in the “Man Up, Man Down” thread. To the big brown bin they all go.
fishnbowljoe
And a couple more. The Bacardi was something my wife used in making an icing for some cookies long ago. The Ten High I bought 6 or 8 years ago. It was Intended for someone else, but never could work things out. So, I opened it up. I’ve been nursing it and also shared some samples. It will be missed. More so for the history factor rather than the taste. They quit making it back in 2020 I believe.
MM818
Always enjoyable. Will miss until I crack another one. Although I’m trying to thin the open bottles of the flock and get more variety in my life. The Turkey has a strong hold in this house.
0895
Lost a really good RRSB tonight. No special tater warehouses or whatever. Just a great, well rounded flavorful pick from lockdown 2020 (WH G4, 8y4m) that disappeared way to quickly and was very short lived on my “opens” shelf. The Turkey has been firing on all cylinders for me lately.
LCWoody
Finished off a really good bottle tonight. I’ve had this bottle open for several years. Good to the last drop.

elmossle
Found the bottom of a few bottles this weekend. Regular BT, WTRR, and ECBP A123 all gave everything they had left and were good to the last drop. Guess it is time to visit the other thread and see what we will be opening up this week and weekend ahead!
fishnbowljoe
Not really “Man Down,Man Up”, and the empty in the cradle ain’t going anywhere. I’ll keep it around for mixing the next batch of my HH BIB Blend. That being said, the last pour from the cradle bottle will be shared this evening.
Jazzhead
No one does, or did, MGP rye quite like Sagamore. Their Barrel Select series is getting quite scarce in these parts. Pity.

Kepler
My recent batch of empties. All of these are either staples for me (keep multiples in the bunker), or in the case of the Hard Truth sweet mash, a future repeat purchase. It's quite good, especially for a craft brand. For you turkeyheads out there like me, the WTKS is from CN-F. CN-F is one of my favorites. Always excellent.

I remember when these were rotting on shelves in every store in southern IL for $70-80. I remember buying an extra because my first ran dry and they all disappeared shortly afterwards.
