I've seen that Durand cork remover work with success by others, but I've never trusted my skills enough to take the plunge on the investment, thinking I'd probably not realize the benefits. Your experience just reinforces my first impression. I'll continue with my tried and true manual method, just like you did. I've done it enough, especially with old WT bottles, that I've actually become quite efficient and it doesn't take me very long anyway. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
