fishnbowljoe
I had a pour of HH 7 BIB followed by a pour of EH Taylor SmB BIB. Then there’s always my HH BIB Blend. Blanton’s Bitch. Weller Whore. Now maybe BIB Head? The possibilities are endless.
IamMatt
Out to dinner to celebrate our 35th anniversary and had my first smoked cocktail: Smoke and Bourbon. Made with Elijah Craig, Combier orange liqueur, Meletti Amaro, and Filthy black cherry juice, smoked with cherry wood. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Anwalt
Nulu Honey experimental Store Pick, well recommended by one of you. Very good, and I'm not as into "finished" as I once was. If you like it sweet, this is it.

A nice pour of Weller SR is in the glass this evening. THIS is what "diversity" was meant to be.
bayouredd
What a day of work! No calls to speak of, My Wife went to lunch with other teachers & came back a bit loaded from a flight of mimosas. She was just playful enough to ask if I could go for a spot of wine. No, was my reply, but an old fashioned was possible. At Wine World Grill we ordered a small cheese board, she got her wine, I got a KC120 smoked old fashioned followed by an OF100 smoked old fashioned. We moved on to Bonefish Grill for desert which was a slice of Key Lime Cake and an Espresso Martini. Work is really rough sometimes. I love it when a plan comes together... (or spontaneity as it were)

bayouredd
Hectic day following the work-skip of yesterday. Opened the newly acquired JEP BP at 105+ proof. It was good but at 1st taste, if didn't seem quite as tasty as the 107+ & 108+ proofs that I 1st dipped into. No matter, she'll get plenty of chances for redemption.

Harry in WashDC
Still hitting the recently dusted off and opened VOB 100 “aged 6 years” from a couple of days ago. I have a higher proof MM on the front of the shelf, but with temps in the high 90s and outdoor work in the AM, I’ve been reluctant to crack it. Falling back on 4R YL in old fashioneds before dinner. Maybe tomorrow I’ll do juleps with my MM - IF I remember. Our fresh mint is growing like hemp!

It all started with one bottle of Maker's Mark and the next thing @fishnbowljoeknew it had taken over his dining room table! GaryT
After what felt like at least a 8 day work week, started with some Jim Beam Distiller's Cut. Back in 2017/2018, I probably stocked up on 7-9 bottles of this at < $25 a pop (5-6 year Beam, 100 proof, unfiltered). Figured with as many other bottles/variety - that'd probably last a lifetime. Down to the last half of the last bottle (but I remind myself that they were all well loved )
mbroo5880i
I found this picture of me and my younger cousin cruising the lake back in the '70s. I had him drive the boat because I had been drinking. This picture reminded me how much I enjoy a good pour of whiskey so I opted for FRSiB tonight. Full Disclosure: I am not sure who these two wise asses are but they embody the spirit that today's youth lack.
