jeff Posted August 30, 2004 Share Posted August 30, 2004 Tonight I am enjoying a "White Hawk IPA", made by the Mendocino Brewing Company. I have been on the lookout for these beers for a while because of Jim's recomendation, and I picked up a six of the IPA at Shopper's Village. This one is medium malty with lots of fuggle and cascade hops front and center. The balance is nice and the finish is long and bitter, just how I like it! If you're a hophead you'll enjoy this beer!
