TNbourbon Posted October 12, 2005 Share Posted October 12, 2005 Not having had the 2005 yet, I'd rate them: 1) 2002; 2) Spring 2003; 3) Fall 2003; and 4) 2004. That said, I got over my disappointment that the 2004 was so much younger than previous editions, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. That's a good thing, because it is the one most plentiful around here (though I have managed to find 4 of the 2002 since returning from the Festival ). Generally speaking, if you enjoyed Woodford Reserve in its early days -- well, this is it. My theory is that Brown-Forman chanced that the pot-still distillate from Versailles would offset them diverting those 'honey barrels' in Louisville to OFBB.
