rob
In my cupboard of unopened bottles I have this one. The back label is in Japanese.Should I open it or let it rest and getr an Old Charter 8 instead? It was an expensive purchase, but I never intended it to gather dust.../Rob

Hedmans Brorsa
There still seem to be reasonable amounts of it around so my advice would be to open it.It´s a good whiskey - not that far removed from OC classic 90. A bit more drier and perfumy is my verdict.
jspero
I just returned from Japan. There was a TON of it around in Tokyo (at least in the area I stayed) and at the airport in the Duty Free. I'd open it.Jay
rob
Yes, that's because it's a brand destined for that market but here in Sweden and Europe it's scarce and if you happen to find one here it's pricey...
