T47
This is a family favorite...BBQ and Grilling been a passion of mine for several years, always have had Bourbon around for this recipe...just never enjoyed it by itself until recently...little jewel right there in the pantry all this time just waiting to be discovered! Brown Sugar and Bourbon Flank Steak1/4 C Packed Dark Brown Sugar1/4 C Minced Green Onion1/4 C Bourbon1/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/4 C Dijon Mustard1/2 t Fresh Ground Black Pepper1/4 t Worchester2-Pound Flank SteakCombine the ingredients in a sealable bag and marinade the meat for 8 hours or over night in the fridge.Remove the meat from the marinade and reserve the remaining marinade.I grilled the meat over direct high heat for 4 minutes a side and let it rest 10 minutes, it gave me medium rare and rare meat.Put the remaining marinade in a sauce pan with 1/2 t of corn starch.Very tasty dish! Virus_Of_Life
I always put some bourbon in my beef marinade and everyone always loves it! I use Evan Williams a good tasting, well priced bourbon. I'll post my marinade recipe when I get a chance it has impressed many people... And I will try this recipe you have posted, thanks!
