ratcheer Posted September 23, 2001 Share Posted September 23, 2001 I just whipped up a dish and it turned out great.Browned pork chops dusted with Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning, in oil.In a roasting pan, combined 1 can chicken broth, 1 tsp worchestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic pepper, 1 tsp whole rosemary, and about 3 oz Maker's Mark.Added the chops and roasted for 1 hour at 375.
