Bourbon and Thai Food

Does anyone else love this combination? I used to drink beer with Thai food, but one day I tried a shot of Maker's. The corn sweetness of the bourbon really plays off against the spice and tang of the food. (I'm talking about really spicy Thai, not dumbed down for non-Thais). Now, I love a snifter of bourbon with my papaya salad and tom kha ga.

If you make a fruitsalad mix some orangejuice and peel with some Bourbon and use it as a dressing.Make sure the dressing is chilled not to cold optional sprinkle some grated chocolate over it as well.Eric.
