T47 Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 We are having some friends over for dinner and cards tomorrow night. I am in charge of grilling steaks and serving some cocktails. We have been through Mojito’s, Lemon Drops (both recipes courtesy of Wade and big hits) and Side Cars. I tried a new recipe tonight, Mojito Diablo's. 1 1/2 oz white tequila1/2 oz crème de cassis2 lime wedges12 fresh mint leaves3-6 oz 7-Up1 T Brown SugarMuddle sugar and mint and lime. Fill with ice; add tequila and cassis and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and top with 7-Up.
