nickynick
I was in San Diego this weekend(which is why I missed Whiskyfest) and I noticed some interesting things. The first of was that almost every bar I went in to carried WT 101. Now here in Chicago if you go to a run of the mill bar, or even a hot spot bar, if they even carry WT it is almost always the 80 proof. In San Diego most of the bars I was in carried Jim Beam White, Makers Maker, and Wild Turkey 101. I did go to a place called whiskey girl. They had about 20 bourbons. However the two liquor stores I went to had maybe a third of the selection that I would see here in Chicago. I just found it interesting that bars carried WT 101, yet the liquor stores had a very small selection.
