I assume that the first two of those are the K&L exclusives? I recently purchased the 14 Year and would be interested to hear what you think of the 13 Year, assuming you have opened it.

I got a bottle of Yamazaki 18 for my birthday recently and it is fantastic. Well worth the money IMO.

$96 here and no tax. The rest of the selection is great too. It's where I got my Yamazaki 12 from so I remembered they had the 18 for less than $115.

Been busy lately and haven't had time to post. Last few trips through duty free have netted me JW Gold, Ardbeg 10, Caol Ila 12, & Talisker 10. Last few weeks I've purchased at the LCBO 2x Talisker 3 pack of 200ml, Mackmyra, Redbreast 12, Tullamore Dew, Gentleman Jack, Amrut Fusion and I'm sure a few others :-). Benromach 10 yo

Had a wee taste of the Benromach and it is shockingly good - great balance of smoke, malt, sherry, and a dryish finish that walks right along the Speyside/Highland line. There was only the slightest spirity note - will have to spend more time with this but initial impressions were very positive and blind would not have guessed 10 years old.

You will be blown away,the combination of fruit and proof is quite staggering one of my top pours this year.I had several friends try this a couple months back in a blind tasting,and this was a unanimous favorite of 6 selections.

I like them both. The Doublewood was the first scotch I ever really liked, and the Ardmore TC is tough to beat for the price.

Amen to that! I love them both too but have been leaning heavily these days on the Aberlour line.
