Last night I dinned at Desha's and had a Pappy 20yo with a roasted pork tenderloin in a caramelized berry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The sweetness from the sauce married quite well with the smooth, lingering caramel and vanilla of the bourbon. This is what I imagin a meal would be like at Pappy's house on a Sunday afternoon.
