Hi there,

I have been a lurker for a little while, but finally decided to start posting as I have realized that I have the sickness and there is no cure.

I started off in craft beer, moved onto Scotch, and am now devoted to bourbon after a friend from Kentucky introduced me to bourbon after he was taken aback by some Islay Scotch. I am a sucker for vanilla so the switchover happened rather quickly.

I look forward to interacting with and learning from other fellow bourbon lovers.

For me Scotch will always be my main interest. Bourbon is a delightful change-of-pace. Rum has the same appeal to me...something different to keep my palate stimulated and aware.

Thanks for the welcome! I still enjoy Scotch from time to time, but it is now a change-of-pace from bourbon for me. My bourbon collection has exponentially outgrown my Scotch collection.:grin:
