Thanks SB for all the great bourbon info

I thought about posting this in the tasting forum, but I wanted to thank all the great members and community that is SB.com for sharing their love of this drink we all love and call bourbon.

Turned 40 recently and had a blast making this. It was my first shot at GTS from a bottle I bought in 2011, and then saved in 2012 for when I reached my 40th birthday.

Quite impressed with this whiskey, and stupified about how easy it is to drink even at such a high and big uncut proof too.

Cheers all. For if it wasn't for SB.com I may never have known about the greatness that is GTS. Any other information you could share with me about the bottling of 2011 GTS that I may not know, please feel free to share.

ha ha...this is the first video I've seen from you and I was a little worried that it was going to be boring but it took a turn for the fun side. I think I'm going to go pour myself an ounce (or two) of Stagg and watch some of your other videos. I just wish I had some of that South Bar with "fuckin bacon" to go along with it.

Great video - thank you. Stagg is my personal favorite and I've been fortunate finding several bottles of the 12. Will need to do this same taste test.
