What does Virgin Bourbon mean?

A customer came in and asked this Q to us. Did not know. What does it denote and how did the term come about?

I believe it is a brand of bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery. It is a "cats and dog" brand; not one of their premium brands.

Well atleast the bourbon is from HH , I don't know who bottles this.

The one on the left (or, at least something that looks very similar) can be bought in Alabama ABC stores. I haven't had it for many years. I don't have a fond memory of it - about like J W Dant or something.

I will rephrase this to say it is not one of HH flagship brands that is promoted here in the US or on the HH website.

The 21 year silver wax (ps) silver label is really unique. The rest of those bottles don't make it to Australia (I'm not sure about New Zealand)
Koji, I didn't see any of those bottles when I was in Tokyo last October. Are they readilly available in the Japanse market, or are they something you buy from the US?
