A guy in VA using Lambic as a base for a frozen dessert.
Excellent! I've been drinking beer floats for years...I spent quite a bit of time trying damn near every stout or porter I could find to see which one worked best. I finally settled on Stoney Creek Vanilla Porter...and Starbucks Classic Coffee Ice Cream...yummy...also works well blended into a shake.
Put a dash of Heineken oud bruin over vanilla ice or use Faro (Belgian/southern Dutch dinnerbeer 2%) in a sherbet with fresh strawberries,i think you`ll like it,if you like desserts that is :grin: .Eric.
