Here's something to wish for. Chris Morris told me recently that in the lab at Brown-Forman they have a working model of the Woodford Reserve stills in 1/10 scale. That's not as small as you might thinK: 250 gallons for the beer still, 165 gallons for each of the spirit stills. I'm making room in my basement...
