Add to that some blends, JD, Irish, etc. I've got some I'm dying to try - Booker's Roundtable, Dickel 9/103, 4R OESK, VG The Fox - but I need to cull the herd first. Based on fill level, RHF and KC are the next candidates for elimination.

Sorry guys, but I just can't post all my opens it would take up way too much space, just took a count and there's 70 open different bottles, some near extinction others just in their prime, and others recently released. I totally enjoy being able to pick amongst them whenever I wish... After all when they're open is when they're the best! What good is a bottle that's closed? IMHO

I'm the same way. I usually open a bottle the same day I bring it home. Lately though, I've been trying to clear out some of the near-empties to make some more room in the cabinet. Out of about 80-odd bottles, the only ones currently unopened are all recent pickups (2013 GTS, 2013 OFBB, ORVW10/107, Lot B, Bookers 25th, both Orphan Barrel releases, Parker's POH, Redbreast 12, and a Green Spot). Boy, when I type it all out, I really need to do some drinking this weekend!

I am down to a very few bottles open right now. For those that saw my post in the "Empty Bottle Support" thread, you'll understand why. Below is my open list.

Binny's Four Roses SB OESO 103.8 proof

Binny's Willett 8 year old wheated 122.1 proof

Buffalo Trace

Eagle Rare 10 year 101 proof NOLA

Parker's Heritage Collection wheated 127.8 proof

Medley Bros 102 proof

Joe's Blend of Maker's Mark and Larceny

Non bourbons...

Canadian Club

Crown Royal

Jack Daniels

Jack Daniels Silver Select

It will probably be a good while before I finish the Willett and PHC. Those barrel proofers seem to last a heckuva lot longer for some reason. Still, you just never know. :skep:

Cheers! Joe

Needs more Four Roses. :)

Agreed. I had four open but they have been hit hard. Another PS, a 2012 SB LE and a SmBLE 125th have all bitten the dust lately.

certain bottles have a way of jumping out of the cabinet and into your hand-I'm sure you have experienced a similar phenomenon:grin:

It's time to send the bourbon ninjas over to fox's place to pour some 4R into his favorite HH and Beam bottles.
