OscarV
William Larue Weller 2007 BTAC 117.9 proof. This one is my favorite of all the Larue'sSweet maple, toffe richness that gets tamed by oak but not overwhelming oak.All 3 parts are great, nose, taste and finish.Sip it slow and space out the sips, it's complex and worth going slow. I guess I'm starting to get tired of my wheaters because a number rye recipe bottlings are really grabbing my attention. Perhaps my tastebuds are finally evolving into a more rounded bourbon profile!
